Beginning this year, I told my team : “We have been doing training for the last 5 years and make very little profits from training.Let’s concentrate on helping our existing students trade well instead of focus our energy to get new students and clients. Let’s us add value to them rather than focus on marketing and new business.” Frankly, how many will know how to trade well after a 2 days course? very little.We did weekly live webinars from them and also live ‘kakao’ (like whatsapp) chat with them daily. This took a lot of my time but I felt that a period of hand holding is very important. Only with this close interaction with students, can we really impart our values , skills and knowledge.
There is a good ending to this decision. Our 34th batch of IMMT class , were full to the brim. We even had to postpone some of the students to the next class. Our Aug class is almost 40% fill and we have even started marketing it.
Most of the time, gurus will post testimonials of how they accurate their calls is and how they make money. As a remisier with Phillip Securities, I cannot do such posting to influence my potential clients and students. I assure you if you read my past posting on CSI , you will know that the system is profitable.
Finally, though I can’t post past returns that my students make, I can post how they feel about me as their teacher. I don’t think I deserve all the praise because I feel that I can still do better.
